We all know nutrition plays a huge role when it comes to weight loss. The real question is are we eating the right foods and the right amount to attain our goals. It's not always the number on the scale, but how you feel at the end of the day. Are your clothes fitting better, does your skin feel hydrated, are you able to last longer through your workouts. The foods we eat to fuel our bodies is important for our every day function. Together we will look at your habits and create new ones. You can still enjoy the foods you like, but with a better understanding. We will discuss food groups, talk about ways to reduce stress when it comes to food and what you are eating, and create a plan that is personalized to you.
